Personal Chef & Catering Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing ReddsKitchen LLC. By paying the required deposit or booking a service, the client confirms that the menu, event information, and terms below have been reviewed and accepted.
Menu and service agreement
Before booking, we will discuss your menu, preferences, dietary restrictions, food allergies, event details, and requested services. ReddsKitchen LLC will provide the menu and services agreed upon in the client’s written order or invoice.
Food allergies
Clients must disclose all food allergies and dietary restrictions before booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate disclosed needs; however, our kitchen handles common allergens and cannot guarantee that any dish will be completely free from allergens or cross-contact.
Deposit and payment
A 50% deposit is required to reserve the requested service date. A date is not officially booked until the deposit is received and written confirmation is sent. The remaining balance is due no later than the day of service and before delivery, setup, or service begins. All major credit cards are accepted.
Booking and changes
We recommend booking at least seven days in advance. Menu, guest-count, delivery, or service changes must be submitted by text or email at least 24 hours before service. Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
Cancellations and refunds
Deposits and payments are generally non-refundable because the date is reserved and ingredients or preparation may already have been scheduled. Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually. If ReddsKitchen LLC cannot provide the agreed service, payment for services not provided will be refunded.
Gratuity
Gratuity is always appreciated but is not required. By paying the deposit or confirming a booking, the client acknowledges that these Terms and Conditions have been read, understood, and accepted.
